First of all I must say I am utterly discussted by the way ABSA call centre treats their clients, due to unforseen circumstances I felt in arrears with my credit card. Now the call centre phones me to tell me my card is being revoked because I didnt pay for 4 months. First of all I made a payment in December to attempt paying something towards the account until my financial situation betters itself. The lady that phoned me was so rude I could not believe the attitude she had towards me. I am not a criminal and not going to run away with your money. I also informed the lady that I am expecting some funds within the next to weeks so I will then settle the full arrears were she said o dont use the card anymore its being revoked because you didnt pay for 4 months so seems that the payment I made December went un-noticed. And if thats ABSA's attitude towards customers I really think they should consider shutting their doors I so regret ever getting a credit card from you. Poor and utterly disgusting service.
