Disappointed with STDB Insurance

02/08/2013 I reported to STDB Insurance that I had an escalated water bill & need a plumber to check 4 leaks on the property, plumbers did visit after 2 days of hounding them, they confirmed there was a leak but don't have enough gas, returned the next day & now confirmed that there is no leak, the water meter is faulty, I received a rejection letter from STDB ON THE 16/08/2013 after I contacted them which I gave to municipality however on inspection from municipality on 15/10/2013 the meter is perfect hence I contact STDB once again to check for leaks, different plumbers checked and confirmed that there is an underground leak under my garage, however unable to repair due to fact the quotation is over the STDB cover for PIPE LEAKS cash will be refunded, I contacted STDB again to confirm when I will be refunded the cash as need to have the leak repaired, spk to Lina Matlala whom could not confirm any turnaround times or assistance and claimed all supervisors in meeting, through the incompetence of STDB plumbers had to receive another 2 months escalated water bill of R4000, The policy shows an a limit of R3 000 HOWEVER I was now told by the agent that its less 750.00 ..
