Lwazi is so dedicated to customer service, and understands his job well. He is a good listener. Assisted me with my three policies and reinstated the other and and even arranged for a special deduction for my unpaid premium. He actually took it upon himself to promise me that he will call me the next day at 12 midday which he did.
