Same ongoing issues with Standard Bank

Here I am again complaining about the same issue, and so frustrated I just want to scream. So, I start my story again, since Standard Bank has an issue with such a simple thing. I live in Kuwait but still have my account in SA with Standard Bank and transfer funds monthly to ensure that my debit orders go off. I transferred funds on 02 october and they have not been received in my Standard Bank account, so my money is sitting somewhere with Standard Bank. I have been in communication with Nkosana Nkosi who has not been helpful at all and I have sent proof of the transfer to Nkosana (Swift Ref) and still nothing is resolved, and Im just going around in silly circles due to the ridiculous questions and emails returned. Its just getting ridiculous! I am unable to go into a branch and relying solely on email and nothing is getting resolved. This is so frustrating as I have transferred in the past with no issue. I desperately need this issue resolved so that I can pay my accounts in SA. I thought this was something simple and that banks should know how this works. Sort this out!!! [Email Removed]
