Cancellation of my policy with Miway

I've been trying to cancell my insurance for 3 day, and everytime am told to hold for more than 30 minutes, and am also told that someone will get back to me and still no one calls me back. Is it not my RIGHT to choose the insuarance i want to be with? i want my isuarance cover to be cancelled immediately.
