On 25/9/2013 I phoned ABSA Credit Life and took out credit card insurance, I followd up today to find out why the policy number had not yet been issued only to find out that it was never done. Three different telephone numbers and 6 people later, the last person that spelt her name about 10 times and sounded like Dombi in the end have not been able to assist me witha simple request for credit card insurance. The people I dealt with all passed me from pillar to post and nobody listened to me. I cant understand that something so simple should take an hour on the phone and at the end of all that I have still not been assisted. The lack of interest and the lack of knowledge is appalling. Not sure where to from here but maybe another bank might be able to assist me, will just keep going until I get what I need.
