Ok, so i'm tired of having to deal with this insurance company that I ONLY speak good things about, brag about an encourage all my friends (including males) to insure with First for Women.

Early August, I applied for insurance, well added to my existing policy that I already have quite a few items added (approx R700) per month I'm paying.

I had my iPh 5 added to my policy, I spoke with Busi (I think) on this day, an I asked her to please activate my cell immedialy. I noticed that there was no pro rata, however, I trusted 1st for women so I left it in their some-what capable hands.

Unfortunately a few weeks later, my car was broken into, items were my laptop, along with some other items. I was paid out for the items, excluding my cell phone. The dispute comes in when I advised the agent to activate my insurance for my iPhone 5.

I was very happy dealing with Roxy from their claims dept, however its been weeks... I've called on numerous occasion, while logging this complaint, I'm holding on to speak to her.

Its been works, she was supposed to get the recording to confirm exactly, but its been weeks, I've sent numerous emails to her, with no response.
