Sipho helped me add on some precious pieces to my insurance and was so helpful throughout. He amended everything that was incorrect and gave me a lot of good advice when it came to expensive items needing special appraising to ensure if ever a claim arose that there would be no problems. One of the items was an engagement ring which he seemed happier for me than i do about being engaged! He sounded very genuine and was a pleasure to speak with him.

Although my insurance inevitably went up he advised me to wait a month before requesting discounts as that is when my review is due and then after the year end then i'd be able to request more back with no claims against the policy.
