I recently needed to update my address and a few other details on my policy. I was given the runaround from many different agents. I called Outsurance on Friday (11/10), Monday, Tuesday, and by the time I needed to make a call again on Wednesday, I was highly frustrated. I got through to Karabo who easily diffused the situation. He listened carefully to my complaint and provided the customer service that all the other agents I spoke to could not. He is very competent and handled the complaint well, without me needing to escalate further to a manager.
