Had to call Outsurance to make some policy changes this morning, I was expecting some confusion as the request seemed complex to me but I was sorely mistaken. My changes were implemented in minutes, I was transferred to the correct people to assist me and all agents were friendly, competent and truly know the meaning of customer care.
