Not goverment?

Bruma finace phoned me to offer me a loan, I accepted the offer and they asked me to fax all my documents, then the agent asked me a bunch of questions over the phone, off wich one was is it a private or goverment school I work for, the next day I sent all my stuff, he phoned me late in the afternoon and said he needed another letter for UIF purposes, the next day I sent that, after 3 days of running up and down, sending them everything they ask for, and the agent telling me everything is approved we just need this letter, ok that's approved we just need that letter, everything is 100% we just need this signature, they send me a message that its been declined! I phone them and the agent tells me its because according to company policy they only help you if you work for a goverment school! And he knew this from day 1!!!
