Our new car was delivered last night and this morning first thing I sent in a report to Outsurance for a quote. Within seconds Grove phoned me back and within half an hour I was insured. In order for the insurance to become effective the wind shield of the car had to be checked out by PG Glass or Glassfit. As we stay in a small town the nearest branch was in Worcester which is a hour away. Grove got hold of the branch in Worcester and organised that they come to my home to do the inspection. This is called going the extra mile. Thank you for the outstanding and friendly service received. What a an absolute pleasure to deal with someone who speaks your language and has a smile in his voice.
