R16000 Access what the - A while back I got involved in an accident and my car got scratched and a bit of dents - I called my insurance and I was given a Panel beater whom i needed to go see and i went, came back with a quotation of R27000 - and I send the quotation back to them, and waited something like 2 weeks for the reply from my consultant - who later told me I needed to pay an amount of R16000 of access. what a rip off - what is wrong with this people - where the am i supposed to get R16000 from.
