I am shocked to have received a call on the16/10/2013 from One plan advising that my premium didn't go through because the company used to debit my account had a problem with the specific bank I am currently using, why only mid month they inform me? when they saw that their service provider is experiencing a problem we should have been notified in time, I am finding this unprofessional and disgustingly unfair. this service!!! your clients are a priority ONE Plan!!!
