I am the Third party that is very disgusted by the service I received from Ronel Tas a broker consultant that works at Quick Sure Brokers. I called in on Thursday to submit my Third party claim with her because her details were given to me by the Customer because she drove into the back of my car by accident. I first called Santam and they could not pick up on details with the client id number. After waste ting R 200 on airtime I got hold of the broker. I asked her if it is possible to finalised the claim as soon as possible she did not answer me, I asked her if they can arrange a hired vehicle for me due to the inconvenience that was caused by the customer, she responded by saying that she is not inconveniencing me it is the client and she gave me attitude when she told me this, I responded and told her that they customer is paying a premium where the third party is cover and she started giving me more attitude, I then asked her to send a assessors out to have a look at my vehicle she told me she won't send any assessors out until she get all my documents. I had minor injuries back pains and neck pains due to the accident I explain to her I will send everything trough the Mo
