Hi, which institution do i have to report insurance companies if they are not responsive.

Their client damaged my car and I have been sending emails and calling them, they keep saying they will call me back. I need to fix my car after their client bumped into it, but unfortunately i can not do that before they assess it. Its a new car and the dents are really annoying but less than the service I am getting from them.

I need to escalate the issue to some legal institution, if i have to pay more than i should, cause this is now about fairness
