Standard Bank
U Count rewards dont really count

I have recently switched to Standard bank after my husband convinced me of their great service. At month one U Count rewards was introduced and i was very excited to register. But after weeks of fighting with their call centre driving up and down to the bank, i am still not registered and by now it looks like no body gives a dam, so i give up. I guess everyone else's counts except me and i will definately be reverting back to my previous bank asap.
