I handed in my Mobile phone on 20 Feb to have it sent in to Finrite via next day courier for assessment and claim. After a week I contacted them to follow up if the unit will be replaced or repaired. They were unable to locate my handset, I had to track down the waybill number and give it to finrite so that they could tell me were the unit was. They received it on 27 Feb, and were suppose to contact me on 4 Mar with a update. They failed to do so. Again I had to contact them, after being on hold for 20min I got through to "Christine" who was supposedly handling my query. I was then put on hold for 90min. 10min of that being "Thank you for Holding", "my query" and Please Hold". Just to hear, the repair agent had the handset for 3 days already, but Finrite are unable to tell me if it has even been looked at yet. I was then told that I need to lodge a complaint in writing if I wanted the matter escalated. I asked to be put through to a supervisor/manager/Senior person who could actually do something about my query/complaint. I was put on hold once again for another 20min before I put the phone down. True to Form, finrite have not gotten back to me and I Doubt they will.
