Poor customer service, not willing to help

Phenuel Mangena was the cashier who, I went to for assistance. But he was so rude not even looked at me or greeted me. I greeted him but no response. The only words I heard from him was the system does not take the account number. That I wrote, he did not try to attempt to ask me to look at it change it. I did that by myself. I went back to him he processed it. He still not said anything to me. He seemed lime he does not want to be there. He is a liability to the bank. Very poor of him so disappointed.
