Poor service and bad customer service

I was i at the ATM withdrawing money when one man said this machine has a problem only to find out that it doesnt have a problem i then inserted my card and started press my pin nd it never gave me option and i tried canceling the transection to get my card back but i was not retened by the machine i stopped my card at that tym an amount of R5000-00 was withdrawn from my account i call the department on the 2 /sep/2013 to report the matter but since than i have been making follow ups but no respond as it a month now.your help will mean alot
