I sent you an enquiry yesterday at 08:01:17, reference number 1724900. No response has been received yet and I also doubt that I will receive a response as this has now become a trend that I have experienced this year. You have selective or no response for clients who earn below a certain level of income.

May you please advise if there is any specific reason why you have indicated on your system that I am currently under debt councelling as I assume that I would also have to be aware of same or at least have to consent to being placed under debt councelling.
