Standard Bank
The worst bank ever?

I'm so fed up with Standard Bank. The beginning of the month I phoned ABSA and Std Bank to get my tax certificates for my two properties. ABSA sent mine via email while I was still on the phone with them. Std Bank, because I'm off the earth and under debt counceling, referred my to the Debt Councelling dept. They told me to send them an email requesting the tax certificate and that it will take 5-8 working days for them to send it to me! (They probably have to dig it out in some deep, dark basement and then courier it by mule to me). After having received nothing for 14 working days, I phoned them to be told they never received my email and I must pretty please repeat the above mentioned excercise! Why why why! Can't you just press a button and email it to me? All the other cool banks are doing it? Please guys, get your ship in order and help your clients. Soon I'll be off debt councelling and then you'll try and give me credit cards and all wonderful other options to make more money of me.
