No tv replacement in over a month!!!

My folks bought a HISENSE 40" LED HD TV and also purchased the additional warranty. On 11 June 2013, I took it in for them as the screen went green and the TV was non functional.

On 5th July, I personally called customer care on behalf of my parents only to be rudely told that the only thing Game can do is contact HISENSE to find out what the story is. My details were taken and a solution was promised. I never received feedback!!

Tuesday 9 July, I called the store again in the morning to get feedback. I asked to speak to the manager of the TV department. After put on hold for a few minutes, a guy answered the phone and said the manager was unavailable and he offered to assist. I explained the situation and told him that this is unfair as my family members have now been without a TV for a month. His response was that he was actually standing next to the rep from HISENSE and will investigate. Sounds like a load of!! Nonetheless, I gave him all the necessary details but Game has still failed to give any positive feedback. Game needs to issue a credit so that my folks can purchase a new TV immediately. Still no resolution up to today. The kids had school holiday with no tv!!
