Good day

According to your website it says if you have any queries regarding delays in payouts you should call the call centre number, but after numerous phone calls I still received the same answer that they cannot tell me when the loan will be paid out, why refer us to the call centre if they cannot assist in any way??

I would like to know are payments being processed and what date are they currently paying out now? So that we have some sort of an idea how long we can wait. I applied & got approved on 10/09.
