My loan application was approved on the 12th of September 2014. After being told it will take a week to 3 weeks for payout, I waited patiently. It has now been 34 days. When I called the call centre, on numerous occasions, I was told they don't know when the payment will happen, and no on can tell me. Really? Why have a call centre the? I finally got very upset and got put through to Barbara, the supervisor, who was very friendly and offered to get the lady who could help me to call me back. Which She did (I'm sorry, I forget her name). I was told that they are only now paying out applications from the 4th of September, and cannot tell me how long it will be until mine is paid out. I am an existing customer and, as I know delays do happen, this is becoming ridiculous. Loans are applied for because the money is needed at that time, and when a loan is approved, commitments are made. Surely this kind of wait is out of the ordinary? It has been explained to me why the delay has happened, and while I am trying to be understanding, I also believe that the investors and management of Bridge Loans should not allow such a situation to happen in the first place.
Surely someone can speed things up
