SERVICE ACCEPTABLE BY OUTSURANCE

We have insured a mountain bike through Outsure for an amount of R10 000-00. It was by die Garden Service out of the garage. We have reported it to the SAPS and then to Outsurance. Must admit that I was a bit concerned about the call and although Danton only did his job I felt a bit bad that the same question was repeated a few times. Think Outsure was more concerned about my financial position than the bike. I had to give concent for an ITC check - something I feel was a bit unrealistic as I have been insured by Outsure for the past 10 years but I have received confirmation that the Mountain Bike will be replaced and my onlly wish is that it would be something in the same class as the Giant Yukon. It was mainly a gift to my husband and I have forfeited by bonus but at least my husband will hopefully get a reliable bicycle in return.
