Uying a vehicle

I bought a vehicle in Cape Town so I flew from Johannesburg to Cape Town to do the transaction. When I wanted to transver The money to the dealers account I could not!!! It was embarrassing being with the dealer and cant do the transaction. I had to booked in for another 2 nights in a Hotel to wait for Standard bank..They better be on line tomorrow the 15 October otherwise I will take this matter further!!! And sue them for all the expenses I had to go through
