TWO WEEKS AND YET NO RESULTS

I have launched a complaint on helo peter one week ago and another complaint to the branch two weeks ago... yet no result!!! my money has been taken after i said that the account should be closed before the debit orders go off as i have already paid the accounts cash... now because of this error from the consultants i can get money that has been transfered to me... leaving me in a spot where i can barely get to work!!! I WANT THIS SORTED OUT TODAY!!!
