My Blackberry Curve which I received in April 2013 through FNB Smard device, stopped working, I called the call centre Wednesday 2 October 2013, ref no: fnb33654,
I was told that the the query will be escalated to FNB by the call centre agent and that I would be contacted for my brackberry to be collected via courier for repairs.
Today is Saturday 12 October 2013 and I have not been contacted as yet.
The after sales support is pathetic. FNB please contact me ASAP as the mobile is still under guarantee.
