VERY POOR SERVICES

My gym account was handed over to credit worx over 2 years ago ive never used the gym now im sitting with an account of 10000.00... creditworx has been successfully debiting
my account for the past 2 years every 3 or 4 months i recieve a statement with the total amount more then it intially was, so where has my money been going to, when you call the call center, you get no help ive sent them proof of payment, how hard is it to allocate a payment, does it take you ppl 2 years to do so, im getting so sick of this, will someone please look in to my account and send me a revised (CORRECT) statement
we get handed over for ridiculous stuff like this, they take your money then you get non stop calls you havent paid, yet you have proof, some one please assist me this has been going on long enough.
