I am sick and tired of call centre agents that call you and promise you goods. When you follow up with the company, sorry we made a mistake!!! Nobody in the organisation takes responsibility for the up and the inconvenience caused to a client, yet when you as a client owe them R10, you are called daily.
Passing the buck is the easy escape for large companies. Nobody is ever forced to take responsibility for incorrect information supplied to clients by marketers in call centres.
If UI don't call and follow up, nobody has the decency to revert back to me with feedback.
Totally unacceptable!!!
