!!!

Absa deducted insurance from my account stating that I ignored paperwork sent to me!!! Never received ANY paperwork or phone call!!! No one gave them permission to take money from my account. I have insurance for my vehicle at Santam. Im on unpaid maternity leave - R1900 is alot of money if you dont have it and who is going to pay the banking fees now because my account went in over overdraft.??? And now after multiple calls I am still waiting for them to pay me back.just spoke to their department and they say by the end of the working day! If not I am taking my banking to another bank!!! And still waiting for a consultant to phone me back as well! Worst client service ever!!!
