FNB Loan Department - SHOCKING BAD ATTITUDE

This is my 2nd attempt on hello peter to get some kind of response from FNB LOAN DEPRTMENT as to date (almost 2 weeks since my first complaint) i have had NO response, except very bad attitude via their local branch Ballito. on 26th September i did a capturing error and incorrectly deposited money into a MRS Mbambo's account on my internet banking. i immediately realised i had made an error and rushed to the loacl bank. MRS Mbambo also banks with FNB so i assumed the reversal would take a few seconds but wow was i wrong!!! FNB Loan deprtment had taken MY money within a split second from when i had transfered the money and are refusing to give MY money back. MRS Mbambo had loans outstanding with FNB. What FNB fail to see and what is so simple it blows my mind they cannot register, is that it is My money transferred in ERROR to MRS Mbambo. it was NOT theirs to take. Also they are forgetting that i am their client and can easily close my account, along with all my family members and my fiances company who all bank with FNB. ARE FMB willing to lose customers and have their name tarnished for R1300??? FNB loan department need to to sit up and take note!!! SHOCKING!!!
