BROADACRES ATM SELDOM IN WORKING CONDITION

I went to the Broadacres ATM needing to withdraw cash on Wednesday evening and the ATM was rejecting my card and instructing me to visit my local branch. I then got a text message stating "Your transaction on Card Num 0184 was declined as this ATM is not Chip PIN ready. SERIOUSLY since when as I've used the same card in that ATM numerous times. Needless to say I ended up having to use the Nedbank ATM next door and want those ATM charges credited. It's rediculous how FNB seems to have issues with their ATM's and it seems this particular branch is the WORST!!!
