Over a week ago an fnb customer committed i lost over R23 000 3hours after i phoned fnb they could even assist me, their line is highly uneducated so thanks to them im sitting with all that damage. i logged a complaint and weeks later they don't even reply. they gave me a reference nr and a number to phone to track the process i phoned and the number is only for existing fnb clients, and i phoned there customer service and they gave me an other number i phoned it and they told me they cant help so they gave another number which was also for excising customers only, i logged another complain to inform them bout that, i got another ref number but i still havent got any reply and i still don't know whats going on . thank you fnb for making life easier... now i see you dont only lack education in your department but in your whole system. stop trying to be over complicated. simplicity is the key to success and i might not matter to you, what is one customer out of a million... why should you reply its not your loss not your stress!
