I posted a complain regarding card swipes and a lady by the name of Levi or Lizet called while Isaac at Standard Bank Highveld Mall was assisting and they communicated and said the will provide feedback Monday the 7th October. Today my card still has problems and no word from them.
I do not want to deal with any other incompetent child from standard bank. The Only Professional Person I Want To Deal With Is Kevin.

I hate complaining about one thing over and over again, and standard bank pretends to fix the problem but they dont. I dont think you understand how angry you make me and I am at a point where I am prepared to switch banks.
