My debit order bounced and I urgently needed to ensure that I still had cover. Jenna helped me reset the new debit order date and assured me I was still covered. Thanks Jenna for the great service... felt much better after speaking with you because I had a ton of stuff to do and was really stressed. :-))
Told her I was very happy with FFW because a previous incident I had two agents calling me at a specific time and by mistake I gave them the same time. I was shocked when both agents called me back at the same time as promised... the one had to be kept holding while I spoke to the other. Great job FFW people... seems like I will be with you for a while if this is the service I am getting.
Possibly the only thing I would suggest is giving the client a reference number for the call to ensure there is something to prove that something was said or done because sometimes you need that to know and make you feel like what you did is registered on some system some where. SARS is super good at this and I called recently to check if this call reference worked and low and behold they could retrieve all the call info and the agent who helped me.
Would be great if FFW had this in place.
