Hello, Just wanted to say I called Medipet to get some more info regarding the insurance with our English Bulldog and I wanted to sign up. I spoke to Jo and she was great she explained everything to me and had a positive and good attitude.. we have applied with Medipet we have not gotten a response yet which I have emailed them about but other than that Jo was really nice and polite.. I will recommend Medipet to all our friends and family even strangers I see and know they need pet insurance.. I do think that the Response time should be quicker. anyhow Thank you Jo for being so helpful and explaining every detail I needed to know :) really appreciate it and she called me back when I asked her to without hesitation
