On 04th July 2013 I contacted Budget Insurance Client Services, to do a review on my policy. I was assisted by Jenna Le Roux who with great expertise helped me review and revise my policy content.

I found her service efficient, informative and very professional. I find that some times call centre staff rush through the information to their clients, but found that Jenna was very helpful and took her time to explain certain clauses to me of which I was unsure of.
