I was under debt review, Paid off all my debt 5 months ago. I have send my clearance certificate to ashlene. I asked if i can get my card back because i don't have debt. The reply i got was no mam, you must reapply. So i reapplied but it was not approved. My brother in law and sister was also under debt review and only came out of debt review a month ago, 48hours after he phoned he could use his card and he applied for my sister for a card today and it was approved? How does your rules work? i Think your system needs a upgrade. My salary is 3 times more than my sister and brother in law. 3 years ago i went under debt review because my husband lost his job. I thought it was the right thing to do, because i don't want to get in trouble with debt. The problem is, you help people with allot of debt, then they go under admin and you never get all your money back. I paid every cent back and is financially in a good position now but sorry mam you are not approved? So tell me how the do they approve people that is out off debt review only for a month? Give it a year, you are going to beg me to open a account with you. It is Ridiculous!!!
