I did a application over the internet for a titanium credit card. Got a mail today that states I must go in to a branch to reinstate my credit card. I had a credit card with standard bank more than ten years ago. Why is the internet there for now I must go to a branch and fill in an application again for you guys to reinstate the card. Tell me why then do you do an application over the internet for is it for love and charity. Please get in to the new age standard bank everything is done over the internet now a days so stop thinking like 50 years ago.
