I've been trying to get answer from various different people since I left my previous employer on the 12th of July this year. Every I've been sending emails over and about with Ricardo, one of the finacial administrators, but his responses are diplomatic. So I'm not getting the answer that I need. This matter is urgent to me but nobody seems to understand this. Why does such a big company neglect there clients like this...
