Bad service for the last couple of months

Stanlib service has gone from bad to worst. I have done several repurchases over the last couple of months and they promise turn around time of 24 - 48 hours and this does not happen. Phoning the call center they promise you dates and times just to get rid of you on the phone. I have on several occasions ask to speak to the manager and not once have i been put through to one of them they say they will transfer you and then they cut you off just to start the whole process again.
