Still waiting for refund from FNB

Hi. I had finished paying for my home loan account about 2 months ago, and on the 20th of September my employer made a debit order to FNB of R1790.00 as per usual because I hadn't notified him that I had finished paying it off. I called the call centre and they e-mailed me a refund form (after I had called 3 agents who gave me attitude), I filled in the form, and then I faxed it back. Can FNB please let me know when I'm getting my refund. Its been 2 days now and nobody has called to let me know that the fax was received.
