OUTRAGED!!!

Ecieved sms saying my Account is overdrawn. Checked my balance it it was R700. Emailed them on the 24Jan2013. Recieved no Response till today. called into Callcentre, after 1.5hrs explaining, noone understood me and got put through to department etc. Ended up hanging up, called Current account Queries team and Finally sum1 answers only to not understand what im saying.had them fax me my bank statement. My account was overdrawn by R300 ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT NEDBANK WHACKED ME PENALTY CHARGES OF R90 FOR EVERY R100 OVERDUE!!! WTFH!!! This is thieving on a whole new level. Displeased with nedbank COMPLETELY!!! Switching banks from next month or im going to have start digging a hole in the Yard instead. NEDBANK FTMFL!!!
