Vehicle finance without my approval

About two months ago ABSA deducted R750 ekstra from my vehicles premuim. Two days later i received an sms teeling me i must provide them with proof of my insurance. I phoned them on a number provided in the sms. I told them why didnt they phone me? They told me they could not get hold of me. But they were quick to send a sms telling me they are going to do this after they already took the money. So i faxed the proof and after 5 days or so i phone them back. They did not reveived the fax. So i e mailed it to them. They received the mail but it was not what they are looking for. I am fedd up with them. Its been a month and a half and they took of another R750.
