Unnacceptable service!

Applied for a pay day loan was approved, when it came to time to debit order there was problems, they did not let me know at all, eventually asking 2 days about the account I get a letter of demand, next month comes for debit order there is some issue again that there is according to them no funds where there were sufficient funds, a man phones rude and doesn't give me chance to talk every time I talk he speaks over me, after emailing Eden that the account is paid he does not respond then after emailing Lizelle I get response account has been paid Friday 04/10/13 I get an sms today to say I have been handed over, what kind of a business is this! Bad communication between them leaving customers wondering and having them fall behind because the staff don't follow instructions! I told them before I will log a complaint and being the nice person I left it, but receiving that message telling me I have been handed over after paying and being ignored I have had enough! Its unnacceptable!
