Hello,
Tried getting a device via FNB and was told the system declined me and this was NOT because a judgement/external report/ default. However when i asked why I was declined for this offer as I believe I meet the criteria I was advised that in the way the credit check was done (via creating an overdraft), I cannot be given a report as to why I do not qualify for a device. My biggest confusion comes from the fact that if there is a problem I don't know how to fix this and I don't know how long will be unable to get a device. Lack of information /resolution is very annoying and disappointing! Can someone give me a reasonable explanation???!!
