Broken Promises

Jeff called me personally regarding my complaint on this very platform and promised to have my unpaid item charges reversed on my cheque account after he spoke to his manager and also promised to call me first thing on Monday morning past once actioned but today is Wednesday & Jeff seemed to have overpromised and undelivered.
