PATHETIC AND LAZY!!!

I am appalled by the service not only on one occasion but several! I have been pushed back and fourth because they are too lazy to look into depth of my issue only to find out that the same consultant could have helped me in the beginning. I have had to take off work on so many occasions just to change a debit order date. I mean how pathetic is that. I have been into the branch on 3 occasions to change a phone number and still it hasn't been changed even though I have signed documents to change it. I cant use my cell phone banking as my one time pin is sent to my old cell that is no longer in use anymore. This is why I have been into the branch to change it and nothing is done. I have phoned and complained numerous times only to be told that they will look into my issue and once again no progress. The consultants namely the tellers in Montclair use any excuse to send you away.
